Hi Bookworms! Here's my bookshelf tour. If you have any questions, please feel free to leave a comment below or on our instagram page. At this present moment I own exactly 465 physical books. My collection has grown quite a lot in the past year. Pictured below is my main shelf. I struggle to get a good picture of my main shelves, as they take up more than half of the entire back wall. There are 4 rows, but I've cropped out the top one in this picture (you can view the smaller section of the 4th row in the picture below). **If you’re after a few ideas on how to expand your book collection, you can check out my ‘buying books on a budget’ blog post** My books don’t really have much of an order. I like to group the classics together, whereas the rest of the books are grouped together by author. The picture above shows a section of my main shelf, which has 4 rows. I've filled up 3 of the rows, and the one at the top is for larger books that won't fit on the shelves below it. My new second shelf sits directly opposite my main shelf. It's shorter than the main shelf, but is also made up of 4 rows. This is where I currently keep my classic books, special editions and my little psychology collection. Above: a closer look at my main shelf. The books that aren’t visible on my shelves are scattered in drawers in my room. A majority of those books are from my childhood. The remaining books include my small Agatha Christie collection, a random assortment of lifestyle related books, and other titles that I’ve come across at second-hand bookstores but haven’t gotten around to reading yet. So that's my bookshelf tour. I'll hopefully be doing an updated bookshelf tour at some point in the future when I eventually reorganise my books. I'm very happy with how my shelves look at the moment. Lately I have been loving psychology books and thrillers, so I will be adding a few books from those genres to my collection, and look forward to expanding my book collection in the future.
Happy Reading! -- A
